Free D&A Eye Test with a £1.20 M&S magazine

What's it all about?

In the Christmas 2006 issue of the M&S Magazine, there's a voucher on page 10 for a free eye test at D&A opticians (normal price £25).

How do I get my free eye test?

First grab a copy of the mag; it's officially £1.20, though it's free to M&S credit cardholders and some kind assistants will just let you have one or give it to you free with a purchase.

Appointments must be before 25 Feb 2007. If you're not sure where your nearest D&A is, use its Storefinder or call 0800 783 9081.

Just had a Nectar mailer from Sainsburys.
This includes a voucher for a free eye test at D&A - plus 1000 Nectar points if you have the test.
    Voucher expires 28th February 2007.

Does "free for M & S cardholders" mean store card or credit card? I've got the credit card but not store card (thank god!)
  • Just remember, those of us living in Scotland get free eye tests now.

Learn from the mistakes of others - you won't live long enough to make them all yourself.
  • I was told by my local D&A in Rugeley, that if I had the free eye test and did not buy the glasses of them, I would be charged for the eye test.

Is this regardless of why you weren't charged for the test in the 1st place?
