Wrapping baskets/hampers

:T Well I've filled the baskets, made the filling (shreeded paper, sparkly bits, cotton wool balls!) and I've even got the cellophane from the florist.
Now...........

How do I wrap them 'beautifully' to keep them looking professional!?

Any tips would be gratefully received!!!!

This is a question someone asked on another post. My thought is to find a box larger than the hamper and wrap it up.

Ah.....that's great but I don't think I've made myself clear- how do you put the cellophane on??? Do I just scrunch it at the top or is there something fancy I should be doing??
    Thanks anyway!!!

  • Glad someone has asked this question!

I've just been trudging up and down the stairs with my hampers and their contents as they are taking up valuable bedroom space. I am going to wrap them today. I have bought some pretty Xmas tissue paper from Poundland but I am also going to leave some items unwrapped.

I like the idea of your cotton wool balls (must remember to delve in glory hole under stairs to see if I have some in my misc items box!).

Unless someone comes up with a better idea, I will place the baskets on the cellophane (probably need two strips) and tie on the top with curly ribbons.

    Sounds like a good plan!
