Anyone got a 'Recipe' for Hair Conditioner?

I'd really like to make my own hair conditioner but it would seem all the recipes I can find are for conditioners that need leaving on for half an hour or overnight etc.
I'd really like one that can just be left on for a couple of mins (like the shop bought stuff can) and then rinsed off - I'm always in a rush in a morning so don't have time to leave it on any longer than that.
So, anyone got any good ideas/recipes for it?
Thanks very much

Use an egg or some beer. If you use an egg though don't use very hot water or it will scramble:rotfl:

Mayonaise it supposed to be good. I use olive oil on the ends of my hair when they are looking/feeling a bit dry (only use a tiny amount though or you will end up with a head full of grease). This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Aren't eggs or beer just as expensive if not more so than conditioner?0 -
you can mash up avacado, but then again that is really expensiveIt only takes a second to say 'Thanks, you just saved me a few quid!'

I don't think eggs are expensive and value beer in tesco is dead cheap, especially as you would not need a whole can each time.

A friend of mine did a degree in Biochemistry and one of her lecturers told her that the ingredients in fabric conditioner are exactly the same as those in hair conditioner.0
