    ..............cover a bowl of cider vinegar with cling film. !!!!!! it with lots of holes and your fruit flies will be attracted to it but won't be able to get out. :-X

    In the autumn wash your fruit bowl and the area wher it's kept to kill fruit fly eggs.

    When I have a cold (or a migraine) I find that cider vinegar + honey + hot water is very good!

    this sounds mad  but, I first got the cider vinegar tablets for the old fart cos someone told me they helped if you were hard of hearing,  

    he was in a couple of bad explosions in the army and is deaf in one ear and 50% deaf in the other

    so I thought    nothing to lose

    and after 3 months  hes definately not saying

    WHAT?? as much  

    he says that his hearing is better than its been for years

    its not his imagination because I told him they were for his war wound in his leg and never mentioned the hearing bit, cos to be honest Id forgotten why I got them for him he has that many ailments lol

    so last night I said to him put that soundup on the tv I cant hardly hear it, and he said "its loud your going deaf" and I remembered the tablets and why id bought them

    mad I know but they seem to be doing the trick.

    will get some for my grandad then. he always saying what. still get him in a pub and ask him if he wants a pint, his hearing fine. ;D
