Looks like you can choose up to a 7 letter word on the sling
I think you add the letters you want to your basket and then e-mail the order you want them in.

I'm not sure of this offer. They sent a follow up e-mail asking me to re-order due to a problem with the letters I requested or something. I only requested one letter so the problem cannot be how I want the 'name' to be spelled out! Also, the e-mail didn't look professional either so this so-called freebie isn't exactly going to entice me to buy from them with confidence.0
