This seems like a good deal to me so think I might go for it. Especially if you use code MUPV66 (10% discount thanks to wirm for this one), 1199 advantage points and 2.5% discount through rpoints. This means the effective price is £70 odd quid.
Been looking for a Digi camera for sometime but the Pentax at circa £130 has always been above my price range.
Hope this is useful to someone?

Thanks for this!
I can get the extra 2.5% cashback and 10% discount, but how do u get the 1199 advantage points? My basket only comes up with 399 points.
Thanks

review of camera here:-

looks like a good entry level camera and a pretty good bargain for less than £90 (including discount code).
Cheers, have just bought one. Thanks.0 -
I bought one for my Dad from amazon at Christmas. It was £99 with free delivery and camera case. Great camera, looks and feels like a quality piece of kit. However beware that fatfingered people may find it difficult to use, as its so compact. Also, even though it is fairly basic, it does have quite a lot of options, which my Dad finds a bit bewildering.0

I've bought one of these and have a q about Boots points. Do you have to claim them onto your card when you've bought online or do you get them automatically?
Also, re lots of functions (above). I asked a pro photographer about all the functions on my Canon Powersho and he said forget them - leave it on Auto!0 -

If I'm not mistaken the Amazon one was the S30 which is different to the Boots model, e.g. S30 has metal body. I think that's correct but if someone knows better please feel free to correct me!0 -
The only thing that lets this camera down is when you record movies there is no sound.0

I think you claim them through the advantage card machines that are in store approx. 5 days after delivery. I am waiting for the 5 days to be up so that I can try it out. Will report back.0 -

My boyfriend got this from amazon for his 21st.. it's very very good for normal shots.. BUT BLOODY AWFUL when used for gig photography - I had to borrow it because my camera had broken and I threatened to throw it across the stage because it was just absolutely hopeless. If you're going to use it in low light forget it.
