Morphy Richards Yogurt Maker - Instructions?

Just got what could be my bargain of the year from the local charity shop - a Morphy Richards yogurt maker for £1.50 (less than it costs for a pack of 4 Yeo Valley yogurts) 
Now - the only problem is - there are no instructions
So, does anyone have one - it's model 48645 if that makes any difference.
Any pointers on how to get started etc.

The instruction booklets can be downloaded off the net in PDF format, go to,

and enter your model number. I did try it with the number you gave but it doesn't seem to work. Maybe check you have got it right.0 -

The model number is right - it's old though (box looks very 80s, lol), so probabaly why it's not online.
