doggy smells

I have 3 dogs, all house trained but unfortunately my living room still has a slight doggy smell when I first walk in, tried using conventional air fresheners but not that great, any old style remedies that anyone can recommend

  • Have you tried shake and vac? It really does put the freshness back. You could give the woofa's a bath too, I know sometimes my lil doggy gets a bit stinky so gets a wash, then she's all fresh again.
    Nowt worse than dogsmell.
Insence is good too, and well cheap..

  • If you put Odour Eaters (for sweaty trainers) in their beds it will help. You have to have the type of dogs that will not eat them but they do work.
  • will try the insence but will leave the Odour eaters till puppy is older, at the moment he chews anything including his bed.

  • I recently bought a Goodsphere (I think that's the right name) it was a bit pricey £35 BUT it is excellent at getting rid of smells - animal, curry, etc and it isn't a chemical cover up. Has anyone else got one?

I've seen them on QVC or was it Idealworld? Don't know how effective they are but they certainly look good!
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

  • I got mine on Ideal World. I don't normally do 'telly' shopping but at £35 I wanted to try it and see if it really worked. I expect they can be bought on ebay for less!
