Legendary director Ridley Scott’s Crusader epic Kingdom Of Heaven is out on four-disc Collector’s Edition DVD from 25 September, and we are celebrating by giving away an iPod Nano, plus copies of the DVD.
One of the great story-tellers of modern celluloid, director Sir Ridley Scott’s (Gladiator, Black Hawk Down) Kingdom Of Heaven, starring Orlando Bloom, Liam Neeson, Jeremy Irons and Eva Green, is an epic tale of brutal idealism and passionate warfare.
The film sees Bloom as Balian, a Jerusalem blacksmith who has lost his family – and his faith. But when his father shows him his destiny, Balian vows to defend his country, and in the process, falls in love, becomes a formidable leader, and steps forever into history.
Kingdom Of Heaven Director’s Cut delves deeper into the personal philosophies, moral ambiguities and political principles behind the bloody Crusades with an entirely new cut of the film.
In addition to new footage, the comprehensive four-disc collection also features bonus materials, including audio commentary by the director and his staff, as well as historical information, insights into the meticulous recreation of medieval times and an extensive examination of the film’s development.
Question: Where do the Crusaders go?
Answer: Jerusalem
Good Luck
