I used all the above codes, for 5 seperate orders, all in my name and credit card. Keeping all the items within or just over the £5 discount. They all arrived in seperate packages, with invoices stating £0.00 P&P charge. I was very happy to have got such great bargains. No parcel came to more than £2.08!
So I ordered some more for my son at his address, and again paid by my credit card.
Have just looked at my banking online, and found they have charged P&P on all the orders at £3.50 per package!!!!!!!!!!! Arhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
So even though all the invoices say no P&P and only pence (in some cases to pay), they have taken out of my credit card on each order, different amounts to what they have invoiced me. This is confusing and works out rather dearer than I had thought, not money saving at all!!!!
Has anyone else had this experience with these codes? Or experience with dealing with Boots after care service?
Help/advise please money saving buddies.

For some reason the invoices are showing no postage, but if you look back at your email confirmation and the order that you placed you will see that you agreed to pay the £3.50 - I don't think you have a case to be honest, and also if you have not used the codes for the goods they were meant to be used for - do you really want to draw attention to the fact?
Having said that - their customer care in my experience is excellent. I had a problem with an order (one item missing, another damaged) and they sorted it out very quickly for me - it was a larger order though, £36 approx.0 -
I used FKMM22 tonight and got £5. off order for £11.00 paid p+p
I used DAMA88 tonight and got £5. off order for £10.00 paid p+p
Also tried LKMM22 but didn't order, found it gave £5. discount.

Still strange that some of the orders have not been charged P&P and others have. All the invoices read the same, £0.00 P&P. I just looked into my orders at Boots, found what you mean about agreeing to £3.50 P&P. But again, even then its not on all of them, just 3 or 4. Yet all the invoices show no P&P, but all have been charged to my card. This is where it became confusing to me.
I'll see if anyone else has had this happen to them, before giving them a ring in the next couple of days.

def something wrong - checked online and it says "delivery £3.50" but the dispatch note says £0.00. No money come out of my account yet either (dispatched 2nd Feb)
Got a load of 1/2 price FCUK stuff for £10.50, used a £5 code, got 500 extra points (542 in total). If they dont charge me delivery it will have cost me 8p in total

you can use these codes without buying the specific items.
the values still has to be the same, ie you need to spend £25 to use the 500 points one0 -

I understand that bleugh, and did see it at the time. But on the invoices it says "Total to pay £0.00", then the amount to pay of whatever e.g. 58p.
I don't think I am being clear here.
I did order a "stepper" for £28, with the £5 discount code. When it came it said: sub total 28.00
discount 5.00
sub total 23.00
handling & delivery 0.00
total paid 23.00
Yet taken off my credit card is £26.50.
That is why its confusing.
I think it should actually say on the invoice at least somewhere, that it includes delivery. Maybe in the space where it says "handling & Delivery"????
