What's it all about?
Danone Shape water is offering a beauty treatment or haircut when you buy two special bottles (about 90p each). As cut and blow dry's normally cost £30-40 this is a fab deal. The offer is run by a company called The Hair Group on behalf of Danone who administer the offer and use local independent salons.
What do I need to do?
Buy two special bottles of water, cut out the two tokens, fill in the coupon with your details and send to The hair Group/prima, Unit F Penfold Trading Works, Imperial Way, Watford, Herts WD24 4YY. You can find out if there is a salon near you by visting https://www.hairgroup.co.uk and https://www.beautygroup.co.uk They won't tell you exactly which salon it is as it's top secret info, only if there is one in your postcode.
Once the hairgroup have received your coupon they will forward it on to your nearest salon who will then contact you within 30 days to book and appointment for you.
Any snags?
The offer includes a free cut and blow dry, anything in addition will be charged at the salons normal rates. No more than one Hair Group voucher can be used in any 11 month period.
Only those over 18 years old can use the voucher. The salon has the right to choose the level of technician and the day of the week. Once allocated a salon, the voucher is valid for 3 months.

I guess this is like the ones that turn up in magazines sometimes and always feature on this forum. There seem to have been plenty of satisfied customersfrom those. I think I will have to give it a go this time - judging by the state of my mop!Stop looking for answers....

Whenever I have applied for these hair group offers, I haven't heard anything back from them. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

i never heard from the hair gruop despite sending of a voucher similar to this from the weight watchers magazine so don't get your hopes up i gave them three phone numbers and live near several salons0

I applied for one of these freebies from the Hair Group and eventually got a phone call to say that the salon was no longer able to offer a haircut and substituting the offer for a free family portrait which I was not interested in. Bit reluctant to bother with it again as presumably it is the same salon in my area...Ellie

Me too. Bought the Weight Watchers magazine and wasted my money as I got a text to say there was no salon, even tho I had checked on the website and it said there was one. Worth a go maybe, but prepare to be disappointed. There are three ways to get something done; do it yourself, hire someone or forbid your kids to do it.0

I tried the Prima/Hair Group offer in March and eventually got a really good cut in Cardiff after months of delay and confusion - see discussion http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=184459
I won't be allowed another free cut this year because I had that one, but wonder if I qualify for the beauty treatment? I could certainly do with one, lol!0
