I have four very spotty bananas to use up but my kids don't like them very much when they are fresh and won't eat anything if they know that I've put the spotty ones in it. If I make banana bread they won't eat it for that reason. Does anyone have a fruit loaf recipe that I could sneak them into? I have the following in the cupboard:
flour, margarine, eggs, baking powder, cream of tartar, bicarb, sugar, honey, sultanas, cinnamon, baking apples, weetabix, muesli, lemon juice and mixed spice. Any contributions would be welcome as I am determined not to throw them out! I have thrown out so much food lately because they are getting fussier and fussier and the cruncher was last night when DD1 (16 and stroppy) wouldn't eat turkey steaks and chips and ordered a massive pizza deal thingie from Pizza hut for £22 - She paid for it out of her money but I was soooooo furious with her.
