Yeah, the wording's rather ambiguous, however the email was titled "First 100 entries wins a bottle of bubbly!" and goes on to say "first 100 entries into the prize draw will win".0

I've just gone back and you're right, the bubbly comp has no question. I'm sure it did the first time I tried though. Anyways, i've done it again and it wouldn't accept leaving it blank so I put N/A and it went through.
