Can the bailiffs make 2 charges for 24.50 and 2 charges for 18 when they come and collect 2 liabilty orders at the same time??

I don't think anyone has come up with a definitive answer yet though - sorry.

I can recall a post by Herbie21 explicitly stating that they can only charge once for one visit even if there is more than one liability order. Not that this stopped bailiff companies attempting to charge more than once.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
