What game is the man in the car playing

I cannot get the video to play so any help is appreciated.I think it may be the same video as this one here but would like to be sure.

weeowen it's the one in the large clicky we have to watch, Angelic posted the other one where you have 'here'

I have looked at it twice and can't spot the man in the car playing any of these games. He does everything else but

No problem.I may have worded the OP a little poorly.On my post I couldn't get the video to play but it I suspected it was the same as in Angelics link with the Independent.
I've looked through Angelics link and all I see other to what you mentioned is that he "plays" with the hanging dice on the rear view mirror and shaves.
Maybe one to come back to in a few days?
I think I'll drop the promotor an email for clarification.

After e-mailing the organisers on another comp with the same question, they changed the question so it matches the video. It has also been changed for this one so we can now enter.

Answer = Scotch Egg
