Not sure if this is the same as the original thread but my cucumber has a gym voucher on it.

It entitles you to 2 free days for 2 people and if you decide to join 50% off joining fee which it says may be £100. The gym is called fitness first andit says there are 163 around the country and they can be looked up online at https://www.fitnessfirst.com

my cucmber is an organic one from Sainsburys and cost 20p in the reduced section!!

    Hope it helps someone!

Hope no one finds this slightly off topic. Apologies if this isn't in line with the usual posts on this particular board..

I'm currently a member of fitness first, and having just graduated and started work in London, a hard-nosed coworker came down to the gym to help negotiate a good rate for me! I paid just a £30 admin fee when joining (they usually ask an additional £100 membership fee!!) and I pay £39 a month, which I understand to be very competetive. Anyone else want to share their member rate?

    cheers,

Looks like it isn't limited to cucumbers, a bag of Sainsbury's organic Bananas has a FF voucher on it.

in January last year my fitness first had a board outside offering very cheap membership.

I managed to sign up for a 30 quid fee and then £29 a month after that (gold peak memebership)

When I went in with my girlfriend this year to try and get the same deal the (new) salesgirl told me i'm on a corpoerate rate... So it may be worth pestering your HR depts to try and negotiate a deal with FF.

I have a voucher from a cucumber, but I am not going to use it, so if anyone wants it, PM me your address and I'll send it along...
I'm so sexy it's a wonder my underpants don't explode.
