To take part, simply complete the following survey and register your contact details. All participants will start the trial at the same time, therefore you will receive your first three months’ supply and instructions during the first week of August 2006. Towards the end of the first three months you will be sent a reminder email to complete the same survey online again. Once completed and submitted, you will then receive your next three months’ supply of mumomega infancy. You will then be sent a final reminder email, and once you have completed the 3rd survey, you will be sent a further three months’ supply as a thank you from us. In total you will receive 9 months supply with a value of £89.0
