Rice. I love rice. Shred the chicken up, cook a packet of savoury rice, then fry the chicken with some smoky bacon, bung in the rice, two beaten eggs, chinese five spice and soy sauce. Yum.My sig's too large, apparently - so apologies to whoever's space I was taking up.:lipsrseal0

I love to make saucy chicken and rice with leftover chicken. It is so easy to make and tastes really nice. You just make a roux with some butter and flour and then add hot chicken stock and milk (half and half) to make a white sauce, and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of mixed dried herbs. Put the cooked cubed chicken into the sauce and serve with boiled rice. It is my favourite comfort food!Jane

Coronation chicken. Dead easy. Chop up the chicken, add onions mayo and curry powder. Mix it up and voila. Great in a bap."Don't critisise what people look like, how they speak, where they are from, and what they are called. They cannot help it.

Use it in a stir fry, in a home made soup, in a curry, on its own in a sarnie, shredded with mayo on a baked potato, cooked with veg and tinned toms to make a stew... DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

i mentioned this in another thread but it is really simple and yummy. not totally O/S sorry.
cooked pasta , mixed with cooked brocoli and chicken and mix through a garlic and herb dip. also extra yummy with grated cheese on top. if u don't have a dip, plain mayo is just as nice.0 -
