vacuum for 1p?

Was surfing online for a vacuum and found this on argos. Advertised for 1p. Hope someone finds one in stock somewhere. Doubt it though. Would argos have to honor the advertised price ?

  The cheap hover from Debenhams in another post today is actually a hoover, not a hover (I got all excited - need a new lawnmower!) - not 1p, alas, but might be worth a look.
