How did you get on with your interview?

I'm in the middle of applying so any tips would be helpful.

I had the telephone interview and it was difficult was on the phone for 50 mins!

The first tell you about the role what it involves the salary. They ask your current situation and last, current salary, benefits. They then go through competency based interview questions and what they want to hear from you.

They ask you the following:-

Customer Focus describe Situation Task you did Action what i did Result end result
Teamwork - STAR
Adapt to Change- STAR
Meeting your targets/goals - STAR

They ask you to expand on bits within your story telling why did you achieve, what would you have done differently, how did you meet the needs of that person etc

I would advise to speak slow but not too slow as the interviewee has to type what your saying and its very difficult and they may miss words that you say.
