I have been a reader of these forums for some time, however the time now comes where I have my own questions, and would please like someone in the know to look over what I received today from Lloyds in response to my CCA request sent to them recorded delivery earlier in Jan 2010.
Please see attached docs.

I thought the assurance from Lloyds that they wouldnt have given a card without a signed agreement was interesting, I have a couple of cards I know I didnt sign anything for from other banks0

Page 2
Name and Address, different to when applied for the card, not sure if it makes any difference
Page 4 - B Repayments, this page states £5 or 2% of balence
C Rate of interest - BLANK! , but states it will appear on monthly statements
Page 12 - more interest rates for balance transfers, and min payment
Page 16 - DPA stuff.
From what i can see, there is no specified credit limit.
The terms are spread over so many pages and with the address been changed, and the document unsigned. I would say its unenforceable. Let NID confirm thou.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -

Yes - it should be the address used at the time applied - - unenforceable as a result of this
Page 4 - B Repayments, this page states £5 or 2% of balence
That is ok. Meets the prescribed terms criteria.
C Rate of interest - BLANK! , but states it will appear on monthly statements
Should still have a value, i.e. 16.9% or whatever - unenforceable as a result of this

Not really a big deal, so long as it states they will advise you of your limit etc - it must state that at least...

It should be on linked pages (i.e. on each page it should say page 1 of 7 / 2 of 7 etc etc) - unenforceable as a result of this
.
I'd say it is not enforceable based on your observations mate - i'm not going to look through his photobucket lol - seen all those letters and just dont have the time to read it all..... not for a few days anyway but based on your findings it is definitely dodgy and so the OP should send this: 3. CCA Query
Cheers mate
