Telewest / NTL refunds

I have just come off a call with Telewest regarding my cable package. I know im a tad naughty having it buit it covers my Phone, Broadband and TV for £35 per month.
Well until last month the signal and service online and on tv was crap ! very imtermittent etc etc... called them about it many times, in the end they sent an engineer who said they sometimes put cheap cable in to save money, and it looks like thats what has happened. A week later and a new cable laid.
I wrote to them, to the tune today of 1/2 of all my fees refunded since I started my account with them a long time ago !
How cool....
If anyone has this problem... call em and get your hard earned cash back !

ahhh... They are not that generous !! they only agreed if it was refunded to the account. Still no fees for a while !0

Thats really good. I am with ntl and when I threatened to leave and go to sky i got some really good discounts!Total DebtWas £4145.81now £0.000
