Prize Draw Terms and Conditions of entry

Surveys must be fully and correctly completed.
The closing date for entries is Sunday 24th January 2010. The winner's name will be drawn at random. The winner will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible thereafter.
The first name drawn will receive by post one ODEON annual cinema pass for 1 person (52 standard seat ticket vouchers per person) valid for 12 months from issue at all ODEON cinemas in the UK. Please see ticket voucher for full terms and conditions of use. No cash alternative.
Entry to the prize draw is subject to you fully and correctly completing this ODEON survey.
No purchase is necessary.
This promotion is open to all UK residents over the age of 16 years old, excluding employees of ODEON Cinema Holdings Ltd, their agents/families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
Only one entry per person. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete entries.
The name of the winner can be obtained on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope from: Winning Names, ODEON Cinemas Holdings Ltd, 54 Whitcomb Street, LONDON, WC2H 7DN.
No trade, consumer groups or 3rd party applications are acceptable.
By entering the competition, competitors agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
