a non Coca Cola day! Now that maybe not seem much but coming from someone that used to drink 2+ litres aday (full fat) this must be a first for?? YEARS! No Joke.. even on holiday the first thing I know as find out where i could get my fix!
Anyways I've weaned myself from full fat, to diet to caffine free to sparkly water to SQUASH! Now I never thought the day would come but I'm liking the Stawberry and Kiwi squash! Wohoo... lets see how long I can keep it up for.. maybe I should take all my chilled "reserved" coke out the fridge to resist tempation!!!
I'm so chuffed! I remember the day (5th of Feb) I decided to kick full fat coke.. now I can remember the 28th of March for kicking coke.. so just choclate to go now!

Wow i'm in a similar situation- have been drinking about 6-10 cans of coke a day for the last 2 years since i got pregnant with my now 18month old daughter! This made me put on five stone!! Have gone cold turkey for the last week and although i feel tired i have lost 6lb!! though i am craving some now i think about it.
perhaps we could set up a Coca cola support group? ;o)0 -

Well I feel off the wagon!!! But today is another Coke free day and I've only bought 1x 2 Litre bottle since last week! I'm trying to cut out carbonated drinks and asparatmine (spell) and it's is going OK so far!! Just have to keep plugging away!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 092
