Sun hols- help for those who may not have received priority form

i received an email from the sun today reminding me that the sun hols vouchers start tomorrow and to use my priority form which i should have received in the post. trouble is, i havent received my form so i rang the sun and a rather helpful member of staff told me to reply to the email asking if they would send me my priority booking number but change the address to

i've only just done this so i havent had a reply yet. i thought maybe there are other people out there in a similar situation that could make use of the info. I reckon it'd be worth emailing them for a priority code if you've booked before.

I did as you suggested and have an email sent saying that the names are selected at random by the computer we were not selected this time (even though we have been going at least once a year for 15+ years). The email was computer generated and theres nothing they can do about it. I am very disappointed. No point putting my name on the list as its soooo long.0

I had the same response when I telephoned them. He said you can email reactnow etc but the list is random. Someone suggested that you try and randomly generate a priority code !0 -

Sorry to hear that. I'm still waiting for a response to my email even though I should have had a priority form sent to me! Hope you manage to get something booked anyway. i called to say we changed address and i got the same response didn't even check to see if we had one sent to our old address0

I had the same response - they say they can't match my name and address - but I have lived at my current address 7 years ! When I rang the customer service reap said that most likely I will not have been selected for a priority code. Annoyingly I know several people who have received them and thrown them away!0

its so annoying- they are just ignoring my emails now! the odd thing is- it was only an email from them saying that i should have had my priority form in the post and reminding me that the vouchers were starting that made me contact them about it in the first place. i'm pretty disgusted with them to be honest.
i have booked a 4 night break at a haven park in the easter hols through the mail now thanks to the haven thread posted. i will most probably stick to using this bargain holiday service in the future.July- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments0 -
