Can't help on customer services, but here's a direct line for a 'PR Manager' and the address of their head office!

Yer i know the feeling, they drive me crazy. Their staff tell LIES & the website is crazy, everytime i press refresh, the saverooms come & go with a will of their own!!!!. One minute they are there, then they go, call reservations "we have nothing on our screens" etc etc. Aaarrrgggghhhhh!!!! & i need a cheap hotel in bristol

Can't help with customer services, but most Travel Lodges are listed on http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php search on travelodge. You could ring a large one and ask for the main customer services.0
