Does anyone have the number for travelodge customer services, not the 0870 one. Am so sick of their reservation ppl & i need action NOW!!!.

    Can't help on customer services, but here's a direct line for a 'PR Manager' and the address of their head office!

  • I have emailed Travelodge 2/3 times over the last few months and guess what ? NO REPLY ......Par for the course ... they have yer brass so thats the end of it ...doesnt show them in a good light .

    Yer i know the feeling, they drive me crazy. Their staff tell LIES & the website is crazy, everytime i press refresh, the saverooms come & go with a will of their own!!!!. One minute they are there, then they go, call reservations "we have nothing on our screens" etc etc. Aaarrrgggghhhhh!!!! & i need a cheap hotel in bristol :((((((

    Can't help with customer services, but most Travel Lodges are listed on http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php search on travelodge. You could ring a large one and ask for the main customer services.

    You could always say you're doing an article on the standard of customer service and could they give you the number of someone to speak to!!!

    Ive been looking for a 0800 number for travelodge,no joy though.You can speak to a human on the 0870 number,choose option 5 then say anything to the robot,eventually your connected to staff.Does anyone know if its true that you cant book at the actual hotel?Ive just stayed at London and tried to book at the desk for the following week,guy said i had to ring the 0870.Madness.Ha Ha
