    I haven't been able to get into this site for a while now. I've double checked the password etc, but keep getting the same message.
    Object reference not set to an instance of an object..

    I think I emailed them but never got a reply, so if anyone else wants to try to get hold of them, you might have more luck.

    I asked for a password reminder (as I'd forgotten mine). It sent me a new password and it worked when I entered the new one. Might be worth giving it a try again - fingers crossed.

    I had a similar problem couldnt log in. When I asked for my password the email I got said my password appeared to be blank and gave me a new one.

    So maybe theyve had the gremlins in.

    I've just had a response from customer services to say they have passed on my message to correct department, so just got to wait and see.
