What's this about? [/title]
Mental health charity MIND is planning a campaign on debt collection regulation. It wants to hear from people who have mental health issues and have dealt with debt collectors.
Hopefully the campaign will highlight what can be improved and stop bad practice by debt collectors, including excessive fees and heavy-handed behaviour, which can lead to further mental distress for people struggling with debt.
