    Free delivery should work on any order no matter the amount (except furniture) add item to basket and go to checkout it should then show free standard delivery

    Mind the pricing there. I recently bought a cardi for my mum at £25. When they had thier 20% off days I went in, thinking I would buy her another if they had come down.

    The price label said "20% off - £35 down to £25".

    I've gone off them now.

    I ordered something with free delivery for £8 and then they cancelled my order a day later saying it was out of stock. Think it just wasn't worth while for them to send it out.

    weds night i placed an order for (a pack of 2 pillows) 8 pound with code but my card got declined i tried 4 times as i knew that my card was ok. next day i rang bank to check and they said my card was fine and that the payment had bin taken once, but declined 3 times(they had no idea why). i didnt recieve a confirmation email from bhs regarding this order. so decided to just wait and see..... i just got the delivery bhs sent me 4 packs of pillows instead of 1 :confused:. just checked bank again and only 1 payment has bin taken. so i now have 8 pillows for the price of 2 :rotfl:.

    Thanks OP. I ordered the 4x recovery pillows and the 2x 'feels like down' pillows. They have arrived and I am a little disappointed by the recovery pillows - was expecting them to be a bit thicker!! I see some positive comments about them here - have I got a bad batch or are they all quite thin?

    The 'feels like down' pillows are fab btw - very soft, squishy and luxurious. I wouldn't pay £25 for 2 pillows :eek: but for £8 they are a great deal imho. :T:T
