Has anyone reclaimed mortgage fees from kensington & derbyshire home loans

I WENT TO SMARTi 2YRS AGO WHO SAID THEY COULD CLAIM BACK MY FEES FROM BOTH MORTGAGE COMPOANIES ONLY TO BE TOLD NOW THAT THEY DONT DO THAT KIND OF WORK

What makes you think you can claim back mortgage fees?
There has only been one successful court case and that was for a secured loan rather than a first charge mortgage. And that one was only successful after appeals and because there has a commission AND fee paid for advice and the amount of the commission was not disclosed. In that case, the payout was a few hundred pounds.
Most claims companies are not bothering to go down that route because the chance of success is low (as most people do fee or commission, not both and where they do both there has been disclosure for many years now).
