I have joined this service for the 1 month suggested, and I used a Credit card to complete joining.
I never used that credit card before, but it looks my details have been leaked or else, as an unusual transaction has taken place, which made my card company suspicious and has suspended it, and now cancelled it after contacting me.
Has anybody experienced the same? As It sounds to me there could be some vulnerability in Sky system?

When I registered for the Free 1 month my debit card had 10p reserved from the available balance.
So if it was the same with your account then perhaps your credit card company viewed the 10p reserved as suspicious.
Usually if a company is using a credit/debit card to verify it is valid, or for identity validation checks then they tend to reserve £1.0 -
I haven't actually checked my back account (I used a debit card) but Sky are a large reputable company so I would be surprised if there was anything other than an small validity transaction (especially as I've got hardly any cash in there until next week, lol). I would contact your credit card company for more information.2020 Wins:

I can't seem to get downloads working at all.
I selected a song and it didn't start the downloader.
I manually started it and tried re-downloading the song, but it just sat there saying "Authorising re-download".
Maybe I'll give it a try from IE.0 -
I had issues all yesterday downloading. I tried again yesterday and could only get 1/2 an album but persistance pays off as the rest came down today!Never give up the dream! :beer:0

It works fine under IE; looks like it just didn't like Firefox.0

Well they deff pass information on!! Got some fraud letter other day for insurence on skybox(i dont have sky, used to)0
