Terms:

  1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except Orange employees, agents or their families or any company associated with this prize draw.
  2. The prize draw runs from 2 November 2009 and 13 December 2009.
  3. Entrants can submit one entry per mobile number and one entry per email address per day. No purchase necessary. Entrants can submit an entry online at https://www.orange.co.uk/shake. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
  4. One person’s name will be randomly chosen from the prize draw group by random report from the games database per day. Entries received before midnight will be entered into that day’s draw. Entries received after midnight will be entered into the next day’s draw. The last date of entry is before midnight on the 12 December 2009.
  5. The winner will be notified on day of draw (by call, text or email if they played online), except on the weekends when they will be notified on the next working day. Winners have 48 hours to respond to your winning call, text or email. Instructions on how to respond will be clearly detailed in the call, text or email and you will need to make sure you follow them.
  6. The prize is randomly selected from a prize pool of products. Each product is valued around £100. One prize per person. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
  7. Prizes will be dispatched, where possible, within 28 days.
  8. Orange accepts no responsibility for entries not received. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Incomplete and late entries will not be accepted.
  9. If the winner is unable for any reason to accept the prize or cannot be contacted, Orange reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant in the winning square, drawn at random.
  10. Orange’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  11. Orange reserves the right to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
  12. By playing the Orange Christmas Gift Box ‘shake’ game you give consent for us to call, email and or text you about the competition. You have the option to opt out of emails or texts reminding you to play the game by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the reminder emails). Players can not opt out of the automated game play emails or texts which tell you if you won or lost.
  13. We won't share your phone number or email address with third parties. Nor will we use your phone number or email address to send you communications about other initiatives from Orange. We might however contact entrants by text to ask them to do a short survey about the game or web site. If you do not wish to be contacted about the survey please let us know by contacting noel.cottle@orange-ftgroup.com.
