Over the years I have paid out a fortune on letter charges from the Halifax. Looking back over my statements they amount to quite a lot of money. Many of the letter charges are £35.00. Has anyone got a letter template I can send to them for reclaiming those charges. I saw on the one show on bbc1 that you can claim them back. Has anyone been succesfull in claiming back these charges. Any help would be appreciated
