    Never done it myself, nearest is about 30 miles away, but I thought (maybe incorrectly) that others had mentioned it before.

    I do know that ASDA have done so in the past - just to match the Tesco offer I presume.
    Not sure if it still does - it's a while since they had signs up advertising the offer - seem to remember it was "targeted" at the conditional spend coupons that were being promoted by Tesco & Sainsburys themselves, but I'm sure I used others.

    Both.

    We get a "free advertiser" paper on a Thursday - there will be one in there almost certainly.

    In-store they are often at the checkouts but most of ours have them in a display stand by the entrance.

    The monthly magazine is usually on one of the 4 shelves.
