    I recieved a text a week ago saying I had won on this and would receive an email, but am still waiting. has this happened to anyone else?

    I've been entering for other family members. Won a bag each on my mobile and on son's. Printed coupons and got two bags of chips last week. Won another two in this last draw but it won't let me print the coupons, saying I've had my lot (presumably two lots for my computer IP address)

    Anything that will solve this issue?

    My mam is having a few problems with this comp too, she won on 15/11/2009 and printed the coupon, and then won again on 22/11/2009 but never received an email. We've tried to print another coupon/asked for one to be sent in the post but it says we've already printed limit from ip address (using 2 different computers and 2 different ip addresses though) I'm confuzzled ????
