WIN A CHEF

1. Last date for receipt of entries midnight 15th December 2009.
2. Open to UK, CI & IoM residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Candia UK Ltd., their agents or anyone connected professionally with the promotion. Bulk entries and those through agents or third parties are invalid. Incorrectly completed, incomplete or damaged will not be accepted.
3. To enter: visit www.justmilk.com to register your details and enter the special code printed on side of the bottle or write your name and address on plain paper and attach your JUST MILK label and send it to: JUST GOOD COOKING!, PO Box 660, Slough, SL1 4FX.
4. Northern Ireland residents only can enter without purchase by simply sending their name and address to JUST GOOD COOKING, NPN, PO Box 660, Slough, SL1 4FX to arrive by 15/12/09 Only one entry per stamped envelope.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible, delayed, corrupted or lost for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
6. Entrants agree to be bound by all the entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part.
7. Winners will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries. Draw will be conducted under independent supervision.
8. Main prize is 1 Dinner party for up to 8 people cooked by Chef Andy Oliver in the winner’s house. Dinner party comprises a 3 course meal and wine selected by the Chef. Menu to be chosen by the winner in conjunction with the Chef.
9. Andy Oliver will do its utmost to match the winner's requirements but dates will be subject to his availability at the time of booking.
10. Runner up prizes: 50 Denby Natural Pearl Dinner Sets. Each set comprises 4 x Dinner Plates, 4 x Tea Plates, 4 x Soup/Cereal Bowls, 4 x Small Mugs.
11. Only one prize per household.
12. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
13. Prize winners will be notified by post and/or email within 28 days of the closing date.
14. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
