Distance learning - recognised overseas?

Anyone know of a course of distance learning that is recognised overseas like Australia? I am after GCSE's or Nutrition, i googled it and can't seem to find one myself that says "internationally recognised"

Any ideas? Thanks.

    GCSE's will be recognised anywhere, as the award is made by one of the awarding bodies, not the organisation that you have studied with.

    Yup. Doesn't really matter how they're studied, so long as they're by a recognised awarding authority.

    Australia is normally more interested in vocational qualifications than GCSEs - are you trying to up your points?

    Yes i am trying to top up the points and then i am leaving this country ASAP. At least there is a decent chance of work over there.
