Dooyoo - Points gone missing

Has anyone else noticed this? This morning I logged on and had 27,200 points and today they have all gone - i've had no messages, and none were due to expire

I was well on my way to my first £50 too... have email support but not had a response yet

Yeah, me too. There is a thing on Twitter from DooYoo saying they've posted out all the cheques - do they do that monthly or weekly? Anyway I'm guessing they've got a database glitch or something and we won't get a reply from them for a while cos they're too busy fixing it!

It's definitely wrong cos the "miles redeemed" is 0 as well and mine shouldn't be. I mean they haven't decided to take away our miles.

Just checked my account after reading this post and mine have all gone too. I hope they come back but I had redeemed a lot of mine. I'm trying to take a break from Dooyoo as its consuming far too much of my time.

Phew, the same has happened to me too, glad to hear it's happened to everyone!

Also was worrying cos tried to message a couple of people (including the DooYoo Team) and everytime I clicked send it just said they person had blocked me!!

Yep, just checked and mine are gone too! I requested to cash in 20,000 of mine on 11th for an Amazon voucher but still no sign of it yet. I'd decided not to write any more until I'd received my Amazon voucher, although I still should have about 10,000 or so left in my account.

Hope they get this sorted out soon!!

Im in the same boat with this, would be good if one of the guides could advise? Im sure they must patrol MSE?! Was saving mine to help with the inevitable christmas present bill

hope it gets sorted soon, as sad it sounds it's my boredom curer and sort of keeps me sane as well as helps with xmas lol x

Ah relieved that everyone has lost their points - I thought I had done something wrong and had them confiscated!!

Edit: oops, i'm not glad everyone has lost their points, I mean i'm glad i'm not the only one which can only mean a technical glitch.

Oh wow, something has gone badly wrong. I checked on a review I wrote this morning and it has disappeared, so I checked the 'Newest Reviews' list and the dates and times are all higglety pigglety.

phew I'm so relieved I found this thread, I've lost 43000 points from dooyoo today! hope they all get returned to everyone!

I thought they must be cross with me about something :rotfl:
