Got mine today - was very happy to do so and took a tablet after breakfast as recommended only to read the ingredients and see gelatine listed - vegetarians etc. beware!

Please be careful with this because I started taking it and I got severe heart palpatitions that lasted over 4 hours. I think it didn't like my blood pressure medicine.

So please ask your GP before you take this.

Saying this, my aunt swears by it.
