I have downloaded it now, been meaning to treat myself to one of these cds. At the keep fit class I joined this week, the session ends with a relaxation cd and it is very soothing/calming. If only I could get my 4 kiddies to listen to it !

Off Topic from main title ....

Don't know how old your 4 children are, but, via MSE some time ago there was a thread running which lead me to this site: Diviniti Publishing Ltd - Kids Meditation Tapes/CD's That link takes to you the page with the younger childrens meditations on it, but there is also a teen CD and adult meditations - sadly not free, but, I ordered from them and received speedy, excellent service! On the website there is a page where you can hear samples so you get an idea. I'm not affiliated in any way shape or form with the company, just someone who took the advice from another thread on hear and didn't regret it

Thank you Queenie I will check it out - I had 4 children in 6 yrs, with the youngest being 4 and the oldest nearly 11
