MSN/Play.com vouchers question...

Hi,
this has probably already been asked/answered a zillion times (sorry!) but I've been away for a while and can't find the old threads.
Just wondering how on earth you're supposed to claim them on Play.com? I claimed a few a while ago, but now can't seem to find the promotional code button... is it just me or have they changed the way to redeem the codes?
I'm panicking a little as I still have £160 of unused codes!
Thanks for any help xx

I once wanted to buy an item with my Play voucher and couldn't find the 'Promotional code' button either. It turned out that my item was from another seller, and only if you buy a Play item, you can use the Play voucher. Maybe that's it?0
