I don't know I live with my dad and pay him money each month.
also in the section 11 Cause of Bankruptcy shall i tell them that its starting to affect my health i.e feeling worried and down about the whole situation or do they not want to know that.

Can any one answer my questions please0

When you ring the court ask what the procedure is. They may operate an appointments system, if that is the case ask for an appointment. If they operate a drop in service ask what times etc. Either way ask how many copies of the forms you need to take with you and anything else you might need to know. Some courts require 3 sets of forms other only one.
Causes of bankruptcy - write it down and post it on here for guidance - you'll get a lot of advice on what to write so just make a rough draft.
I don't remember the question about other household members.
Fill in the SOA and post it here as well for guidance.
Don't worry you'll get there!

thanks for the reply
heres a rough draft:
Around 2 and half 3 years ago I split from my ex partner and left the home that we owned after a lot of consideration and discussions with the mortgage lender I was advised by them to voluntary sign the house over to them. I did this and they advise that they would sell the house and then get in touch with me on what would happen next around the beginning of august 2009 I was contacted by Metropolitan collection services who advise me that there is a mortgage short fall I am struggling with bills as it was and I just cannot afford to replay this it seems that the bank has sold the property for around half of what the price I paid for it. I have also spoke with the national debt line since finding out about this and the advised that the only option would be Bankruptcy . The worry of everything is really starting to affect me

Hiya sjg....sounds not too bad BUT the receiver likes £'s (figures) and rough dates to things...We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0
