Hey guys,
I'm not sure if this has been already posted and i've searched and cant find it anywhere so im going to post again!
Basically at the moment LA Fitness are offering free 5 day passes to their gyms. All you need to do is go to this website http://www.lafitness.co.uk/enjoy-your-body/free_pass.asp and type in a few details in order to use the pass. The main t&c is that you have to use the five days consecutively...
Hope someone finds this useful!,
Have a good day:)

Has anyone tried this?
I just want to try it for a few free saunas and spa baths, my only concern is that there may be some sort of catch to the trial.
If this means having to go through a lengthy induction course in the safe use of the gym equipment to cover them with their insurance policy/HSE it's not for me.

I contacted LA fitness, and they said you DO need the induction...
Does anybody know of a way of getting out of this whilst still keeping the free trial?0 -
Has anyone tried the David Lloyd free pass? I have had 3 of them so far. You just need to book in advance and you get to use the club all day for free. Its for (up to) two adults and two children.Me transmitte sursum, caledoni0

We used our pass over the weekend after Customer services left repeated messages on my voicemail to come in and start the trial!
I was expecting a mini-tour and induction, but we just walked in, filled in a temporary membership form and were told where the locker rooms, gym and pool were located. I think that if that happens to you, ask to be shown around...find out where the sauna and steam rooms are, whether there are any classes that you can join in (there were spinning and boxercise classes going on when we went). There were also activities going on on the football pitch, tennis and squash courts and outdoor pool that would have been fun to try!
I've had 1 follow-up call to see how the trial went and to ask if I wanted to take up membership, but they certainly haven't been hassling me about it. It would have been nice to have had a 2nd pass, but OH never received one despite applying (was it 1 per household?).
Do go along and enjoy!
