    How do you cancel membership? I only joined for the free 5 pund voucher for Boots:d

    To cancel - you can do this online, by going into 'My Account' (top right of the screen), and then clicking on the 'cancel' option. they ask you why you are cancelling (number of options fro a drop-down menu) and then proceed through 2 or 3 screens trying to tempt you to stay with them - but just keep on clicking the Cancel button at the bottom of each page - and then you will receive notification that your account is either cancelled (if you have returned all dvds to them) or pending cancellation (which means you have to send back the remaining dvds you have in your posession). Only once they are in receipt of all the dvds they sent you will they send you a cancellation confirmation by email. Phew! :p

  • They are still advertising the £20 voucher on the website, i registered for that, do you think i will still get that one ?
