1. The Prize consists of five pairs of tickets to a Cliff & The Shadows concert in the UK, together with a copy of the brand new Cliff & The Shadows CD, signed by Cliff, for each winning ticket-holder.
2. The competition is open to all UK residents, excluding employees (or their families) of Headline Publishing Group and associated companies, Cliff Richard Organisation and Tesco.
3. To enter, you must enter your email address on the competition page at Tesco.com before the closing date of midnight on 31st August 2009
4. Only one entry per person.
5. The winning entry will be chosen at random from all submitted entries after the competition closing date of midnight on 31st August.
6. The draw will be held on Wednesday 2nd September and the winners will be the first entries drawn.
7. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
8. Competition entrants must be 18 and over by 31st August 2009
9. The prize is offered subject to availability, is non-refundable and non-transferable. There is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
10. Prizes are subject to availability and Headline Publishing Group and Cliff Richard Organisation’s own terms and conditions.
11. The organisers will try to provide tickets for the winners’ preferred location and dates but where this is not possible substitute dates will be offered.
12. No accommodation or travel costs are offered as part of this prize.
13. Prize winners will be notified in writing within 5 days of the competition end date. A list of winners and the winning entries will be available after that date by sending an SAE to the competition address - Tesco Stores Limited, Flr 3, Pillar I, Cirrus C, Shire Park, Welwyn Garden City, Herts. AL7 1ZR
14. Winners must agree to their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes.
15. Copyright in all material submitted as entries rests with the promoter.
16. Entrant’s details may be used for marketing purposes.
