Hardship due to credit cards

My wife and I have a combined debt of around £80,000 over many credit cards. we have have been to CAB, payplan etc but been told that they cannot help as we have a negative income of around £400 per month.

is there anything else we can do, is there help for cases like us for things like council tax etc. we both work full time, have one child at home and a mortgage with fixed rate that Nationwide will not us allow to drop to a interest only.

any help will be fantastic
