    OK I'll try myself & then if I get that reply I will forward it to customer care.

    I have just had my entry bounced so have forwarded the E-mail to their customer care E-mail box..hopefully it will go through. If not I'll ring them a bit later. They are an OK bunch 7 will be pretty upset about the text on the mail of that I'm sure!

    I searched previous comps and they always went to [EMAIL="quiz&#64;rocksandco.com"]quiz@rocksandco.com[/EMAIL] I've tried this and it hasn't bounced (the other one did instantly). Think they might have got confused with their subject. hth :)
