Party Left Overs

Some of these might be new to you:

1, Pour wine or beer from half empty bottles into ice cube trays or bags. Freeze and use later in soups, stews, casseroles, sauces, anything that needs it.

2, Grate all bits of left over cheese together and freeze. Use for cheese on toast, omelettes or lasagne topping.

3, Fruit cake freezes really well, cut it up into single portions and wrap in clingfilm. Take out about half an hour before required and enjoy with a coffee. I'm still enjoying Chritmas cake!

4, You can freeze milk in plastic cartons but it is a good idea to pour a little out first to ensure the carton does not split as it expands.
