Fashionistas daily thread, Friday 26th June.

Morning lovelies! Right now I'm in nasty nylon.
In about 4 hours I'll be in nowt because it's blimmin boiling.
In 11 hours I'll be in my red/white matalan dress because it's boiling! I'll wear my silver pumps and probably forget jewellery.
I had a little mooch around the French connection sale last night (that I accidently discovered!) and may have found some dresses to buy. About £50 worth but originally much much more!
It depends on whether they're still available when I get home today!
See you later......

Hello - I thought I was early today, but Kaz beat me to it!

Slightly more casual today, as I have a 240 mile drive facing me after work.....and then am away until next week, so I will have lots of catching up to do when I get home!

Black linen trousers (Next clearance sale)
White sleeveless top (M & S via charity shop)
Striped 3/4 sleeved shrug (Per Una via Ebay)
    Cream leather slip-ons (Asda)

I'm not listing fully whats in my case, but there are jeans, crops, t-shirts, vest tops, a chiffon tunic, a couple of cardi/shrugs, dress, undies, fleece & hoodie + Converse, trainers, wedge sandals & walking shoes! I've got a busy few days planned - visiting OH in South Wales, then driving to the Big Smoke to help move DS2 from one side of town to the other, then driving back up to the Lancashire coast on Wednesday.

Have a great day & a fab weekend!
    Floss x

    Morning!
Finally debt free from my parents so I'm heading to the sales to find a bargain. Need a new dress in celebration!

    Today:

Black Empire dress with printed flowers on the skirt - Topshop (comes in white too with red trims)
    Black Tights
    Black Lacy Pumps - Barratts
    Black 3/4 Cardi - Primark

Really hoping it doesn't get sunny as I'm going to be boiling if it does!

Floss - Jealous of your holiday, hope you have fun! Not so jealous of the 240mile drive though, best crack the werthers out!

I'm not sure that helping a 21 yr old to pack his stuff the day after he gets home from Glastonbury & 10 days before he goes to South America for the summer is really going to be fun, plus I've never driven across London before (Kingston to Forest Gate - anyone got any clues?).....hey ho, won't just be Werthers, might even be Starbursts too! (now they were PROPER car sweets when I was a kid, under their real name of course!)

Morning girls! You're all sounding fabulous today :T Kaz, you were up so early!! And Floss, have a good trip x

Today I am wearing white linen wide leg trousers, white vest top and turquoise and white kaftan thingy and aqua/turquoise resin necklace. White leather bag and turquoise pumps. Not really the weather for white linen as it stormed last night but as it wasn't raining this morning I wore them anyway....

I've been to have a pedicure and an eyebrow shape which was a really nice treat and my tootsies are looking very lovely if I say so myself :D

    nude patent courts
    pearl necklace

Friday dress down  I really am useless at it! Mind you half the women here look like they are heading to the beach....
