Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter, complete the questionnaire online at www.blossomhillatwimbledon.com and press submit by midday Wednesday 1 July. Only one entry per person. Entries can be submitted from 1 June 2009.
3. The winners (3 x Court Number 1 and 2 x Centre Court Tuesday 23rd June plus 1 x Centre Court Sat 4 July (Ladies Final) will be drawn at random on Thursday 18 June 2009 and Wednesday 1 July 2009 at 12noon. The winners will each win a pair of Wimbledon tickets. Winners will be notified by text on Thursday 18 June and Wednesday 1 July. If the Promoter is unable to contact an entrant drawn, after making reasonable efforts to do so, that entrant will forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant drawn at random.
4. Winners will receive a pair of Wimbledon tickets to be collected with proof of identity at the Wimbledon Box Office before 12noon on the morning of that day’s tennis. Winners must make their own way to and from the Wimbledon Grounds and be willing to travel at 3 day’s notice.
5. Tickets are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The winners' names can be found by sending a SAE to "Blossom Hill Wimbledon Tickets Prize Draw", Percy Fox Diageo GB, Unit C, Woodside, Dunmow Road, Bishop’s Stortford, CM23 5RG from Monday 6 July 2009. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final.
6. The draw will be overseen by an independent adjudicator.
7. The winners may be required to take part in publicity.
8. The promoter reserves the right to amend, temporarily suspend or withdraw this promotion in its absolute discretion provided that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
9. The promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.
10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by the winner or any individual chosen to participate with the winner in the prize as a result of their participation in this promotion.
11. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
12. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
